THE SHOCKING TRUTH ABOUT KRIS?

There are many types of students who end up in detention. The loud ones. The lazy ones. And then there’s Kris. Kris is… different.

She didn’t arrive late. She didn’t argue. She just walked in quietly, during the icebreaker she presented a small LEGO figure , and said, This is my sister. She died tragically in a hiking accident. The shocking truth about Kris is that she’s not disruptive — but she’s unsettling in a way that makes you behave. Like being watched by a very chill ghost. The other students tiptoe around her, I don't blame them she seems like a troubled youth. I hope she's okay.

She spent the ice breaker explaining her sister’s plunge and using LEGO Harper to act it out. By the end, we were all emotionally drained... and somehow convinced that Jake knew more than he was letting on.

She tried to start a Ghost Club during detention. Since Faith said no, I believe she said she was going to try and convince Luke or Rick to join. Knowing Luke he'll probably join for the snacks. My only rule were no seances in the room. She said “Too late.”

Here’s the thing though:

Kris is whip-smart. She listens more than she speaks. And when the group nearly fell apart during the project, she's not afraid to take over if she needs too.

So yes, she is mysterious. Yes, I’ve had to confiscate her ghost-hunting tool. But the shocking truth about Kris? She’s the most grounded student I have.And probably the only one who could survive the traumatic events she disclosed to us inside those four walls.
